Department of General Anatomy in the government dental college was established as an independent department on 3rd of January, 1972 under the stewardship of Dr. Butch Sir. This department is located at the fourth floor of the college building. It has well-equipped and breezy dissection halls, well stocked museum, seminar rooms with required audio-visual aids, histology laboratory, departmental library and staff rooms.
